We help you navigate the resources and home modifications necessary to maintain your independence in the comfort of your own house. This program empowers you to stay in the familiar surroundings you love while ensuring your environment is safe and sustainable for the long term. 

A specialized transportation and outreach program developed to combat spiritual isolation among the "Solo Ager" population by offering direct door-to-door transportation and providing financial incentives for churches to reactivate their own ministry fleets. We want to ensure that every senior who desires to worship in person has a reliable way to get there.

We deliver fresh, nutritionally balanced meals directly to the doors of eligible seniors to ensure no neighbor goes hungry. This program provides the daily nourishment you need to stay healthy and strong, all delivered with a side of friendly companionship. 

Through our dedicated program partner, Call the Grandkids Companion Services, LLC,  this program provides daily scheduled wellness calls and friendly check-ins to combat isolation and keep our "Solo Agers" connected to the community. 

Providing nutritional autonomy by introducing seniors to indoor soil-free gardening technology, we remove the physical barriers of traditional gardening (bending, weeding, tilling). We are turning windowsills into "micro-farms."
